What are your hours?

Sunday: 12:00p-8:00p

My 1-year-old son and 99-year-old great aunt want to play pinball. Are there any age restrictions?

Nope! We just ask that any person under the age of 16 be accompanied by an adult. Please be respectful of our machines. If you have a little one, please watch to make sure they don’t bang their hands on the machine.

How much does it cost to play a pinball machine?

Our pinball machines range in price from 25¢ to $1.00. Each game will have a price listed on the left or right side of the apron of the game. If you aren’t sure, just ask!

Do I need to bring my own quarters? Do the pinball machines only take quarters?

We have 2 change machines that accept $1, $5, $10, & $20 bills. Each machine dispenses in $5 increments. Yes, most of our games only accept quarters. Some games have a bill acceptor next to the coin slots. We do NOT have an ATM.

How many pinball machines do you currently have running? Do you have any games other than pinball machines?

Currently we have about 40 games. Check out our list on our Games List page. We do have a claw machine as well.

The machine ate my quarters, what do I do? The ball got stuck on the playfield, what do I do? The game isn’t working properly, what do I do?

Playing a broken game is no fun. Please let us know if you have any trouble with any game. We will do our best to solve any problems there might be with the pinball machines. It is a goal of ours to have every game running as smooth as possible.

Do you have a public restroom?

We have two gender neutral restrooms.

Do you serve food, soft drinks, or alcohol?

Currently we sell soft drinks and have a snack machine for food. Alcohol and more food options will be available at a later date.

Can I bring my own food and/or drinks?

We ask that you purchase all food and drinks here. No outside food is permitted. Bottled water is acceptable. We have a range of soft drinks as well as snacks in our vending machine. *This does not include party agreements. Please refer to your agreement page if you scheduled a party.

Am I able to host a party at Pinball Planet?

Party options will be available in 2025!

Do you have any leagues going?

Every year we will have a league with each season. (Ex. Fall League will be September to November). We also have the pleasure to co-host Cleveland Pinball League. They have about 3 leagues per calendar year. For more information, check out our League page.

What other events do you host? Can I suggest one?

Our goal is to host as many different types of events as you are willing to play! We are all about trying to get the pinball community together to have fun and compete. If you have an idea for an event, or are even interested in hosting one here, send us an email and we will see what we can do to make it happen!

What is IFPA? Do you host IFPA events?

International Flipper Pinball Association. IFPA is a governing body for sanctioned events for competitive players. We host a range of events throughout the calendar year that are sanctioned by IFPA. Our goal is to make sure there are enough IFPA events to help players qualify for States. Check out their website to see where you rank!

Do we sell and/or buy games?

If one of our games is for sale, we will indicate it at our front reception desk. If you are interested, please send us an email with your name, number, which game you are interested in, and any other information requested for that specific game. We are always interested in purchasing and/or trading games. Send us an email with the title and the cost and we will let you know!
